Yes, our booking system will allow you to book multiple services for yourself or others. We can accommodate multiple people at the same time, given the open availability of each technician and their respective room.

We prefer you pre-book all of your appointments on our online booking platform, Fresha.

The Frond Desk Personnel are available and very helpful to assist in finding a desired date and time when booking as well.

Please give us a call directly at 215-235-6683 to speak with someone at the front desk. They are able to make any available adjustments to appointments. We also offer late appointments at times, so please give us a call to inquire about additional availability!

Our business space is in a highly dense residential area and borders the busy American Street. Therefore, street parking is limited and we suggest you leave extra time to find parking before your appointments.

Please take note that our spa is located at the corner of Master Street & Cadwallader Street.

Kindly avoid parking in front of driveways or in restricted time parking zones, as parking enforcement is vigilant in this area, and vehicles may be ticketed or towed.

Absolutely yes. If available, one of our associates can speak with you to help you select products from our retail space. Additionally, consultations are available for booking.

In order to keep your appointment, we ask that you complete the confirmation process through Fresha. Confirmation involves responding to the confirmation email or text and reserving with a credit card.

We understand that situations arise where it’s not possible to make it to an appointment. We ask that you give a minimum of 48 hours notice when you cancel or reschedule. Cancellations and/or rescheduling requests made under 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge equal to 100% of the treatment cost. 

Cancellations made less than an hour before, or not showing for your scheduled appointment, are considered a no-show and incur a charge equal to 100% of the treatment cost. 

Please note that our cancellation policy applies to the full service amount and is not adjusted based on insurance coverage.

If an appointment is not confirmed in within 48 hrs, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.

If you are late to an appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your service and you will be charged for the full service you booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we don’t have enough time to perform the service, you will be charged in full.

We appreciate your gratuity as our individual services are an energetic exchange requiring a great level of attention, time, care and expertise. We prefer Venmo or Cash and generally speaking, 20%+ is a standard for services.

There is an additional option to add gratuity to your Credit Card on file. Please advise the front desk a desired amount to leave your practicioner.

Shipping is through UPS with a flat rate of $15/$20/$25 depending on box size.

We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide a physical mailing address.

Free In-Store Pick Up is available at our Germantown Ave location.

We are happy to offer a refund or store credit on all goods returned to us within 10 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition.

Arrival Time

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to settle in and begin your experience with ease. Treatments are designed to end on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened service, with full pricing remaining in place.

When booking, please share any relevant health details—such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, or allergies—so we may thoughtfully tailor your treatment.

Child Supervision

To preserve the serene, restorative atmosphere of NoteToSelf Wellness, our space is primarily reserved for guests 18 and over—allowing each visit to remain quiet, grounded, and deeply nourishing. We are honored, however, to welcome younger guests when accompanied by a parent or guardian. With proper consent, select treatments may be thoughtfully offered, ensuring each experience is both safe and nurturing.

Our concierge will gently guide you through this process and provide the necessary consent form prior to your visit, so your child’s experience is held with the utmost care and intention.
