  • Yes, our booking system will allow you to book multiple services for yourself or others. We can accommodate multiple people at the same time, given the open availability of each technician and their respective room.

  • We prefer you pre-book all of your appointments on our online booking platform, Fresha.

  • Our business space is in a highly dense residential area and borders the busy American Street. Therefore, street parking is limited and we suggest you leave extra time to find parking before your appointments.

    Please take note that our spa is located at the corner of Master Street & Cadwallader Street.

    Kindly avoid parking in front of driveways or in restricted time parking zones, as parking enforcement is vigilant in this area, and vehicles may be ticketed or towed.

  • Absolutely yes. If available, one of our associates can speak with you to help you select products from our retail space. Additionally, consultations are available for booking.

  • Absolutely yes. We prefer you coordinate with proper notice to ensure we can accommodate the whole group to our front desk at hello@notetoselfwellness.com with the subject line “Group Inquiry.”

  • Yes, please coordinate with our front desk at hello@notetoselfwellness.com with the subject line “Rental Inquiry.”

  • In order to keep your appointment, we ask that you complete the confirmation process through Fresha. Confirmation involves responding to the confirmation email or text and reserving with a credit card.

    We understand that situations arise where it’s not possible to make it to an appointment. We ask that you give a minimum of 48 hours notice when you cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made under 48 hours before the appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the treatment cost.  Cancellations made under 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge equal to 100% of the treatment cost. 

    If you are late to an appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your service and you will be charged for the full service you booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we don’t have enough time to perform the service, you will be charged in full.

  • We appreciate your gratuity as our individual services are an energetic exchange requiring a great level of attention, time, care and expertise. We prefer Venmo or Cash and generally speaking, 20%+ is a standard for services.
