.CANCELLATION POLICY
To honor our practitioners’ time and ensure availability for all guests, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead. Any cancellations within the 24 hour period will be charged a (100%) cancellation fee. If you don’t show up to your appointment, you will be charged a (100%) no-show fee.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please reach out to reschedule (215-235-6683). Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is considered a cancellation and you will be charged (100%) the cost of your appointment.
Repeated cancellations or frequent rescheduling may require additional steps to book with us. This may include a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments.
CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please confirm your appointment, it will ask you to enter a valid credit card. If you do not confirm your appointment within 48 hours, it may be cancelled.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are valid for one year from date of purchase.
Gift Cards that have expired will be reduced in value by 20% every six months from the expiration date.
MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships are valid for one year from date of purchase.
Expired memberships will decrease in value by 20% every six months from the expiration date. Any difference between the treatment cost and the membership value is the client’s responsibility and will be due at the time of service.
Membership Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be considered a treatment used.
ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENTS WITH INSURANCE
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours for treatments billed through insurance will be charged (100%) of the full service rate of the acupuncture treatment, per our cancellation policy. This fee is not adjusted based on insurance coverage or co-pay amounts; clients are responsible for the full value of the service.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Please call (215-235-6683) or text to let us know if you’re running late - we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to stay on schedule, and the full appointment fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we’re unable to complete your service, the full service fee will be charged.
