Insurance Billing Guidelines
When booking an Acupuncture with Insurance appointment, you will see the full treatment rate of $110. Insurance benefits are not applied at the time of booking. Any insurance payments, co-payments, deductibles, or coinsurance amounts will be processed and applied at checkout following your completed appointment.
Please confirm your appointment - you will receive an email or text to confirm your appointment and asked to provide a valid credit card to secure the appointment. Appointments that are not confirmed within 48 hours of the appointment may be canceled.
Please complete the Cancellation Policy and Traditional Chinese Medicine Consent Form when confirming your appointment.
Cancellation Policy - Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the full acupuncture treatment rate ($110). This fee is not adjusted based on insurance coverage, co-payments, deductibles, or coinsurance amounts. Clients are responsible for the full value of the missed or late-canceled appointment.
Appointments with insurance not verified will be charged full price as an acupuncture treatment.
After you submit your insurance verification request, we will email your coverage details and estimated co-pay amount, typically within three business days.
If your insurance plan covers acupuncture but requires you to meet a deductible before benefits begin, you will be responsible for the full cost of each Acupuncture with Insurance treatment ($110) until your deductible has been satisfied.
