SuperBills

A SuperBill is an itemized receipt that includes the clinical, financial, and provider information your insurance company may require to process a claim for out-of-network services.

You may be able to submit your SuperBill directly to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. SuperBills may also be used when submitting eligible expenses to a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

Please keep in mind that reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan, and submitting a SuperBill does not guarantee reimbursement. Please note, the full cost of the acupuncture treatment will be due at the time of service.
